business day. For questions about schedules or fares, please note
that our website contains up-to-date information and can often
answer your question quicker than email.
When emailing, please provide the following:
- location you are traveling from
- location you are traveling to
- date you plan to travel
Customer feedback is always welcome, and we appreciate those
passengers who take the time to let us know what was good or what
can be improved about our service. Emails that include complaints
or concerns will be forwarded to the appropriate department. Once
a complaint or concern has been reviewed and investigated we will
send a reply, but please allow us additional time for this
