Ticket Agents provide bus schedule and fare information over the telephone in a friendly, courteous manner and sell bus tickets. Excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive attitude while problem solving any situation are essential. No experience is necessary; however, applicants must be dependable, self-motivated and comfortable serving customers face to face. All applicants must be able to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
